Accountability frameworks are often perceived as punitive, triggering resistance rather than ownership. When FAB introduced its Accountability & Impact Framework, the challenge was to reinforce performance and consistency without defaulting to a compliance-driven narrative.


By reframing accountability around habit-building and shared responsibility – and emphasizing consistency, progress and collective ownership – the approach shifted the conversation from compliance to capability, increasing engagement and adoption. 


The framework was brought to life through a six-week, integrated communications campaign that surfaced the most common accountability breakdowns and translated them into a practical, habit-based toolkit.
